I recently received nine bags of flour (over 225 kg) from Farmers Mill, but all are nearing expiration dates. I communicated my wish for no short expiration dates before placing my order in my email. I said: “I must mention this, I hope no short expiry date on any of them.” Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response after reaching out to share my concerns. This experience has left me questioning their commitment to quality and transparency.
I hope to find a resolution that ensures a positive experience in the future.
