I placed an order online for a parcel, entered my credit card details, and submitted it. The system charged my credit card for $26 immediately! However, I have not received an email with the label information to print and stick on the parcel. Normally, I also get the label on the following screen, but this time, I received a message saying that there was a technical error processing my label and that I should contact NZ Post.
I contacted NZ Post three times and emailed them four times, and I am still waiting for their reply. They asked me for the details, and I provided everything, but they stopped replying to me after that!
This is unfair and a rip-off, actually. They charged my credit card and gave me no label to stick on my parcel. Their customer service told me that if a label is not scanned within seven days of being purchased, it will be refunded. However, five weeks have passed, and no refund has been received. So I ordered a new label and paid for it again, but they still need to refund me for my first order.

I got a reply from NZ Post after I listed them on Dodgy Business, but they are still mocking me. Their customer service emailed me to ask for the same information I provided twice!
She claimed, “Our team is having trouble locating this payment. ” This is suspicious because I gave them the transaction time, date, and amount, yet they claimed they could not find my payment!
How many customers have paid NZ Post but still need their money back?
