I have not had any contact with Property Noise yet, but they keep sending me marketing emails that I cannot stop! Gathering people’s email addresses online and bombarding them with marketing materials is unethical. I’m not sure how they obtained my email, but I know that sending unsolicited emails is illegal in New Zealand, and they should be aware of this. It seems that they simply do not care!

Be cautious of these three questionable websites: propertynoise.co.nz, datalists.co.nz, which is an unsecured website, and thedatacompany.kiwi. All three link together and look like a cheap, homemade design.
There are two different business names: Property Noise and The Data Company. However, they share the same phone number. The Data Company claims to be located at 8 Waka Tete Place, Waitārere Beach, Levin, Horowhenua, NZ 5510, while Property Noise is based at Level 3, 89-93 Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North. Notably, both businesses use the same phone number (06 392 0100) despite having different addresses. Additionally, Property Noise operates with an Australian web address but redirects to a New Zealand website, which raises concerns about potential scams. Both businesses have also been sending me unsolicited marketing emails. Be aware of something suspicious about these websites!
