Please take your customers’ concerns seriously enough to respond to them, address them, and try to reach a satisfactory resolution. We understand that sometimes an employee makes a bad call or sometimes a product is defective. Responding to complaints
- Only the listee may respond to listings. Use the “Resolve” option explicitly provided to reach a satisfactory resolution with the lister.
- Your response will be published within 48hrs.
- Failure to respond to and resolve a complaint with the lister within seven days of being listed on Dodgy Business may and will result in you having to pay a fee of $395 to effect a late resolution.
- Resolved listings are hidden from public viewing and only paid members may view them.
