Please take your customers’ concerns seriously enough to respond to them, address them, and try to reach a satisfactory resolution. We understand that sometimes an employee makes a bad call or sometimes a product is defective. Customers can get the wrong impression, thinking that a one-off bad experience is representative of the business as a whole. Responding to complaints

  • Only the listee may respond to listings. Use the “Resolve” option explicitly provided to reach a satisfactory resolution with the lister.
  • Your response will be published within 48hrs.
  • Failure to respond to and resolve a complaint with the lister within seven days of being listed on Dodgy Business may and will result in you having to pay a fee of $395 to effect a late resolution.
  • Resolved listings are hidden from public viewing and only paid members may view them.
