I had the same bad experience with the Be2 website. I bought a six-month subscription and let it run out, but Be2 kept trying to charge my credit card a few times, and luckily, I always have my online transactions inactive.
I kept getting failed transaction notifications because they kept trying to charge my card for four weeks despite canceling my subscription. Their matching system needs to be more accurate. Most of the recommended matches differed from what I sought; another friend shared this, so it was a waste of money and time!
